Assemblyman V. Manuel Pérez announced today that Rosanna Bayon Moore of El Centro has been selected as the 80th Assembly District’s 2010 Woman of the Year. She will visit the Capitol this Monday, when women from all over the state will be honored for their contributions to their local communities.
